Job Description: A national law firm is seeking a skilled Plaintiffs Asbestos Attorney to join its growing team. The firm focuses on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on plaintiffs asbestos, toxic tort, product liability, general liability, and commercial litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take ownership of their caseload while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
  • Take and defend depositions, including plaintiff and expert witnesses
  • Draft, review, and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Prepare cases for trial, including strategy development and trial support
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on complex legal matters
  • Maintain accurate and timely billing records

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience (plaintiffs asbestos or toxic tort experience preferred)
  • Strong experience with depositions and motion practice
  • Ability to manage cases independently while working efficiently in a remote setting
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
