Job Description

A Dallas, TX business law firm is adding a Commercial Real Estate associate with 2-3 years of experience. You'll handle commercial real estate transactions for business clients, with hands-on responsibility for documents, diligence and closings.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases and related transaction documents
• Conduct title, survey and other due diligence review
• Manage transactions through closing
• Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on commercial real estate matters

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 2-3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong drafting, organization and communication skills
