Job Description

A Dallas, TX business law firm is adding a senior corporate litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience. You'll handle complex business disputes for entrepreneurs, private equity investors, and middle-market and national companies, both pursuing and defending claims. A portable book of business is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial and business litigation matters from start to finish
• Pursue claims such as asset recovery, non-compete enforcement, creditor claims and fraud
• Defend business clients against commercial claims
• Lead case strategy, motion practice, discovery, depositions and trial preparation
• Counsel clients and work closely with the firm's litigation team

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 5+ years of corporate or commercial litigation experience
• Ability to run matters independently and manage client relationships
• Portable book of business welcome, not required
