Electrical Project Manager

A well-respected general contractor with a longstanding reputation for quality and excellence is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join its growing team.

This company has built a strong presence in the education, healthcare, and institutional construction markets. As demand for electrical service work and facility improvements continues to grow, they are investing in a dedicated electrical division and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help lead and expand this exciting area of the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical service and construction projects from inception through completion
• Coordinate with clients, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Build and maintain relationships with school districts, universities, healthcare facilities, and other institutional clients
• Support the growth and development of the company's electrical services division
• Monitor project performance and proactively address project challenges
• Maintain a high level of customer service and communication throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial electrical construction and/or service projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with educational, healthcare, municipal, or institutional projects is preferred
• Proven ability to build client relationships and successfully deliver projects
