CAD Technician – Land Development

An established and growing civil engineering firm in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a CAD Technician with direct experience in land development. If you’ve worked on residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects and want to be part of a team that values precision, collaboration, and growth—this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
Produce detailed civil site drawings and plans for land development projects
Draft grading, drainage, utility, and site layouts using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Work closely with engineers and project managers to support design goals
Apply municipal and jurisdictional standards to all plans
What You Bring:
2+ years of CAD drafting experience in land development
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Knowledge of local development processes and permitting preferred
Strong technical skills and a team-oriented mindset
