Civil Site/Land Development Engineer

We are seeking a Civil Site/Land Development Engineer to join a growing team delivering high-quality public infrastructure and private land development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys collaborating on diverse site development projects while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Whether you're an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) or an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) actively pursuing licensure, we'd love to connect.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop civil site and land development projects using Civil 3D.
  • Prepare grading, drainage, utility, roadway, erosion control, and site layout plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, planners, and clients throughout project development.
  • Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and utility providers to ensure project compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–10+ years of civil engineering experience in site development or land development.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • EITs actively working toward PE licensure are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Experience with public infrastructure and/or commercial, residential, or mixed-use land development projects.
  • Knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and local design standards.

Preferred Experience

  • Public works and municipal infrastructure projects.
  • Site development for commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use developments.
  • Permitting and agency coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
