We are seeking a Civil Site/Land Development Engineer to join a growing team delivering high-quality public infrastructure and private land development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys collaborating on diverse site development projects while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

What You'll Do
- Design and develop civil site and land development projects using Civil 3D.
- Prepare grading, drainage, utility, roadway, erosion control, and site layout plans.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, planners, and clients throughout project development.
- Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and utility providers to ensure project compliance.
What We're Looking For
- 4–10+ years of civil engineering experience in site development or land development.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- EITs actively working toward PE licensure are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Experience with public infrastructure and/or commercial, residential, or mixed-use land development projects.
- Knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and local design standards.
Preferred Experience
- Public works and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Site development for commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use developments.
- Permitting and agency coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
