We are looking for an experienced, individual to join our construction company as a Concrete Superintendent.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing all aspects of concrete construction—from foundations and slabs to vertical and structural components—on large-scale commercial, industrial, or civil projects.
As a key leader on the jobsite, you will oversee field operations, coordinate subcontractors and crews, and ensure that safety, quality, and schedule expectations are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all field operations related to structural concrete, including foundations, walls, columns, elevated decks, and post-tensioned slabs.
Manage field crews and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and productivity.
Schedule and coordinate inspections, concrete pours, deliveries, and manpower.
Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a zero-incident jobsite.
Interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, vendors, and inspectors.
Maintain daily reports, track materials and labor, and resolve field issues promptly.
Qualifications:
5+ years of supervisory experience in structural or heavy concrete construction.
Strong knowledge of formwork systems (EFCO, PERI, DOKA, etc.), shoring, and rebar installation.
Proficient in reading construction documents and using project management tools.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
