Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, individual to join our construction company as a Concrete Superintendent.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing all aspects of concrete construction—from foundations and slabs to vertical and structural components—on large-scale commercial, industrial, or civil projects.

As a key leader on the jobsite, you will oversee field operations, coordinate subcontractors and crews, and ensure that safety, quality, and schedule expectations are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all field operations related to structural concrete, including foundations, walls, columns, elevated decks, and post-tensioned slabs.

  • Manage field crews and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and productivity.

  • Schedule and coordinate inspections, concrete pours, deliveries, and manpower.

  • Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a zero-incident jobsite.

  • Interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications.

  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, vendors, and inspectors.

  • Maintain daily reports, track materials and labor, and resolve field issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in structural or heavy concrete construction.

  • Strong knowledge of formwork systems (EFCO, PERI, DOKA, etc.), shoring, and rebar installation.

  • Proficient in reading construction documents and using project management tools.

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
