Professional Land Surveyor

Location: Houston, TX

Full-Time | Hybrid/On-Site

Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000 base salary + performance bonuses + full benefits

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare legal and construction descriptions for boundary surveys

  • Perform both office and fieldwork on a variety of land surveying projects

  • Troubleshoot and solve project challenges with a proactive approach

  • Provide high-quality, accurate documentation and deliverables

  • Coordinate with engineers and other professionals across disciplines

  • Oversee projects from concept through completion

  • Positively represent the firm to clients and stakeholders

What You Bring to the Table

  • 4+ years of land surveying experience (commercial and residential preferred)

  • Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (or ability to obtain quickly)

  • Strong experience with field instrumentation and survey software

  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D

  • Background in the Sacramento market is a plus

  • Ability to motivate and lead teams

  • Skilled in construction documentation and calculations

  • Commitment to quality, efficiency, and professionalism
