Ready to run safety for a growing steel fabricator? A structural steel fabrication company with three local shops needs a Safety Director now. This role reports directly to leadership and carries the authority to set how safety works on every shop floor.

What you'll do

• Coach shop leaders and train crews on safe fabrication practices
• Own and grow the safety program across all 3 fabrication shops
• Catch hazards early and see corrective actions through
• Handle OSHA compliance, inspections, audits and incident investigations
• Measure safety performance and report it to leadership

What we're looking for

• Steel erection safety experience will also be considered
• Safety leadership experience in structural steel fabrication or a similar industrial/manufacturing environment
• Capable of managing safety across multiple local sites
• Solid working knowledge of OSHA standards

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$120K base salary
• Bonus based on company performance
