Welder / Fabricator I, II & III
About the Role
We’re seeking Welders/Fabricators at Levels I, II, and III for precision fabrication and industrial projects. Your level will depend on your experience, demonstrated skills, and ability to work independently
You’ll prepare, cut, form, fit, weld, and assemble materials according to drawings and project specifications. Assignments may include precision components, piping, and structural fabrication, with responsibilities matched to your experience.
What You’ll Do
Cut, form, fit, weld, and assemble stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel components, piping, and structures.
Follow drawings, specifications, and welding procedures to meet required dimensions and tolerances.
Safely operate welding and fabrication equipment.
Inspect work using appropriate measuring tools and resolve quality or fit-up issues with the team.
Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace.
Qualifications by Level
Level I: Basic welding and fabrication knowledge; ability to follow instructions and assist with builds under supervision. Welding experience or technical training preferred.
Level II: Demonstrated experience independently fitting, welding, and assembling components; ability to read drawings, verify dimensions, and meet specified tolerances.
Level III: 5+ years of precision fabrication or related experience, proficiency with engineering drawings, 3D models, GD&T, and inspection tools; ability to complete complex builds with minimal supervision.
Stainless steel and aluminum fabrication experience preferred. All levels require attention to detail, safe work practices, and responsibility for work quality.
