Director of Construction – Data Center Program

Location: Pecos, TX

Overview

The Director of Construction will provide strategic oversight across the project, supporting field leadership and ensuring alignment across all construction activities on this large-scale data center campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction strategy and execution across multiple buildings
• Support superintendents and project management teams
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate between self-perform teams and subcontractors
• Contribute to long-term program planning and expansion

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction leadership experience
• Mission-critical or data center experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage large, fast-paced construction programs

Compensation

• ~$300K base + bonus
• $2,000/week per diem
• Full benefits package
