Litigation Attorney | Round Rock, TX
A highly regarded and growing law firm in Round Rock, Texas is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1–5 years of experience to join a busy and expanding litigation department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, teachable attorney who wants meaningful case responsibility, strong mentorship, and a long-term path toward partnership.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation practice, and ultimately wants to develop the skills necessary to independently manage a litigation docket and see cases through resolution.
What You'll Do

Work on a large and active litigation caseload for a strong base of repeat clients

Handle matters through various stages of litigation, with increasing case responsibility over time

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documents

Manage deadlines and maintain organization across a busy docket

Assist with case strategy, settlement evaluation, and negotiations

Work closely with experienced attorneys while progressing toward independently managing cases

Develop direct client relationships and see matters through settlement and resolution
What We're Looking For

1–5 years of litigation experience

Strong writing, organization, and deadline management skills

Teachable, driven, and willing to jump into a busy litigation department

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and competing priorities

Desire to continue developing litigation, negotiation, and case management skills

Long-term interest in running a litigation docket and progressing toward partnership
