Litigation Attorney | Round Rock, TX

A highly regarded and growing law firm in Round Rock, Texas is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1–5 years of experience to join a busy and expanding litigation department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, teachable attorney who wants meaningful case responsibility, strong mentorship, and a long-term path toward partnership.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation practice, and ultimately wants to develop the skills necessary to independently manage a litigation docket and see cases through resolution.

What You'll Do

• Work on a large and active litigation caseload for a strong base of repeat clients

• Handle matters through various stages of litigation, with increasing case responsibility over time

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documents

• Manage deadlines and maintain organization across a busy docket

• Assist with case strategy, settlement evaluation, and negotiations

• Work closely with experienced attorneys while progressing toward independently managing cases

• Develop direct client relationships and see matters through settlement and resolution

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of litigation experience

• Strong writing, organization, and deadline management skills

• Teachable, driven, and willing to jump into a busy litigation department

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and competing priorities

• Desire to continue developing litigation, negotiation, and case management skills

• Long-term interest in running a litigation docket and progressing toward partnership
