Process Engineer – Manufacturing

A manufacturing company in the San Antonio Metro area is seeking a Process Engineer to improve production processes, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.

This hands-on role combines shop-floor improvements with capital projects and collaboration across production, maintenance, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze production, quality, and maintenance data to identify process problems and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement changes that improve safety, reduce waste, and increase production efficiency.
  • Evaluate equipment performance and work with plant teams to improve reliability.
  • Review OEM recommendations and standard work procedures to support consistent operations.
  • Support the planning and execution of capital improvement projects.
  • Mentor employees on efficient work methods and evaluate the results of process changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline from an accredited university.
  • Three years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with plant personnel and management.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.
