What You'll Do
- Support attorneys in commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Assist with commercial and residential real estate transactions, including closings and due diligence
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and corporate records
- Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and client communications
- Coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, opposing counsel, and other third parties
- Provide general support across litigation, corporate, and business law matters
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a litigation, real estate, or corporate/business law paralegal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Excellent drafting, communication, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, team-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable working full-time in the office
