I am partnered with a growing firm who is adding a Transactional Attorney, particularly in areas of real estate and/or mergers & acquisitions. This role involves collaborating with our team to manage various legal aspects of their clients' businesses. This role is great for someone who is looking to join a great culture with great leadership and endless growth opportunity! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and advise on a range of legal documents and transactions.

• Handle matters related to mergers & acquisitions, securities, finance, real estate, employment, compliance, intellectual property, and other contracts.

• Collaborate closely with the managing attorney, benefiting from robust team support and senior attorney mentorship.

 

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience

• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to execute tasks with diligence and organization.

• Commitment to high ethical standards, courtesy, and sincerity.

• Experience in healthcare transaction drafting and compliance preferred.
