Project Executive – Projects 80 Million or larger in scope

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead delivery of a large-scale construction project. This role will oversee multiple buildings and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight of project execution, budget, and schedule
• Lead project teams across construction, engineering, and field operations
• Oversee complex electrical and mechanical scopes, including liquid cooling systems
• Drive performance across self-perform work and subcontractors
• Interface with client stakeholders and senior leadership

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience
• Strong background in mission-critical, data center projects or Federal projects.
• Experience with large-scale, complex programs ($500M+)
• General contractor experience required; self-perform background preferred

Compensation

• $200K–$300K base + ~30% bonus
• Full benefits + 401(k) match
• Clear path to senior executive leadership roles
