What You'll Do
- Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic services
- Create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and anatomy
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences that drive retention and long-term loyalty
- Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and ongoing aesthetic care
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth and success
What We're Looking For
- Active RN license
- Previous experience as a medical aesthetic injector
- Strong clinical skills with a natural, artistic approach to facial aesthetics
- Excellent communication and consultation abilities
- Patient-focused mindset with a passion for helping others look and feel their best
- Desire for continued learning and professional growth within the aesthetics industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Established patient following or book of business
- Active social media presence showcasing aesthetic work and results
- Experience in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans, patient education, and converting consultations into long-term patient relationships
