Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Med Spa Administrator to lead operational excellence, drive growth initiatives, and scale performance across a thriving medical aesthetics organization. This leadership role is ideal for a professional with a proven ability to improve profitability, enhance patient experience, develop high-performing teams, and implement scalable systems that support continued expansion.

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to ownership, physicians, and executive leadership while overseeing day-to-day operations, KPI management, team development, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency across all locations.
  • Drive measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue growth, patient retention, staff productivity, and operational effectiveness.
  • Increase consultation-to-treatment conversion rates through process optimization, team coaching, and patient experience enhancements.
  • Scale teams, systems, and operational infrastructure to support organizational growth and expansion.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives for clinical and administrative staff.
  • Partner with physicians, founders, and executive leadership to align operational strategies with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and reporting metrics to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and exceptional patient care.
  • Support business development initiatives, marketing alignment, and patient acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, cosmetic surgery practice, dermatology group, or healthcare organization.
  • Demonstrated success improving KPIs, operational efficiency, and consultation-to-treatment conversion rates.
  • Experience creating and implementing SOPs across multiple departments and/or locations.
  • Strong track record scaling teams, systems, and operational performance.
  • Deep understanding of business development, profitability management, and patient experience strategies.
  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor to physicians, founders, and executive leadership teams.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and execute strategic initiatives that drive results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-site management experience.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Background in medical aesthetics, wellness, cosmetic medicine, plastic surgery, or related healthcare fields.
