Job Description

A steel fab shop near Fulshear, TX is looking for a Safety Coordinator to own shop-floor safety. You'll get about 10 hours of overtime a week, a clear growth path, and incredible benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safety trainings, toolbox talks, and orientations for new hires
• Manage day-to-day safety programs across the fabrication floor
• Investigate incidents and maintain OSHA records and documentation
• Perform inspections and audits, then fix hazards
• Work with shop leadership to strengthen safety culture

Requirements

• Experience in safety within manufacturing, fabrication, or construction
• Familiarity with OSHA standards
• Clear communicator who is comfortable on a shop floor
• Must work on-site in Fulshear, TX, with about 10 hours of overtime weekly
