Job Description

Want to lead 3D modeling and digital coordination on structural steel projects near Manvel? As BIM/VDC Coordinator, you'll bring the design team, the field, and the shop together and catch clashes before they become costly fixes.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain models, standards, and project files
• Create and manage 3D models in Tekla Structures, Navisworks, and Revit
• Support erection, fabrication, and detailing teams with model-based workflows
• Run clash detection and lead coordination meetings with trades and engineers
• Help improve VDC processes and technology across projects

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Tekla, Navisworks, and/or Revit
• 3+ years of BIM/VDC experience in steel, construction, or engineering
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection

Compensation & benefits

• $85K–$105K based on experience
