Are you a BCBA looking for a clinical environment where you can focus on quality care without carrying an oversized caseload?

I’m currently recruiting for a full-time BCBA opportunity with an autism-focused organization serving young children with autism and developmental disabilities.

This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who wants clinical ownership, a manageable caseload, strong support, and room to grow.

What You'll Do

  • Manage an anticipated caseload of approximately 6-7 clients

  • Provide clinical direction and supervision to approximately 7-8 RBTs

  • Conduct assessments, FBAs, reassessments, and individualized treatment planning

  • Review client data and make data-driven treatment decisions

  • Develop measurable treatment goals and clinically appropriate recommendations

  • Provide ongoing RBT supervision, feedback, competency development, and training

  • Provide caregiver training and maintain regular communication with families

  • Collaborate with other professionals when clinically appropriate

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Participate in caseload review, quality assurance, professional development, and clinical consultation

  • Maintain an organized schedule while averaging approximately 24-28 billable hours per week

  • Follow ethical and evidence-based ABA practices

What We're Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing

  • Active Texas LBA or ability to obtain Texas licensure

  • At least 1 year of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

  • At least 1 year of independent assessment/FBA experience

  • Experience developing individualized treatment plans and measurable goals

  • Experience supervising RBTs and treatment implementation

  • Strong data analysis, caregiver training, and clinical documentation skills

  • Master's degree required

  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it

  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Manageable 6-7 client caseload

  • Dedicated RBT team

  • Strong Clinical Director support

  • Collaborative clinical environment

  • Health and dental benefits

  • Paid time off

  • Paid holidays

  • Professional development and CEU support

  • Clinical and administrative resources

  • Potential future opportunity for BCBA/BCaBA fieldwork supervision

  • Opportunity for professional growth

If you're a BCBA who wants to provide excellent clinical care without being buried under an unreasonable caseload, I'd like to connect.
