🔹 What You'll Work On:
• Corporate & partnership taxation
• Nonprofit / tax-exempt organizations
• State & local tax matters
• International tax matters
• Complex tax and planning strategies for diverse clients
🔹 Why Attorneys Are Interested:
🔹 Ideal Background:
• 2–5 years of law firm experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Utah Bar admission (or willingness to sit for the Utah Bar)
• LL.M. in Taxation is a plus, but not required
