Join a Leading Electric Infrastructure Contractor

We're partnering with a leading electric infrastructure contractor seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support transmission, distribution, and underground utility projects. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with a strong backlog of work and excellent long-term career potential.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, backhoes, dozers, loaders, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform trenching, excavation, grading, and backfilling for electric utility projects.
• Assist with underground conduit, duct bank, and utility installations.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.
• Work with field crews to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience in heavy civil or utility construction.
• Experience with underground electric or utility work preferred.
• Ability to work safely around existing underground utilities.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
