The Salt Lake Valley is one of the fastest-growing data center markets in the Mountain West, and West Jordan sits right in the middle of it. A respected general contractor is adding a Project Manager to lead data center construction across the Wasatch Front. What You'll Do

• Lead data center projects from early planning and buyout through commissioning and closeout
• Own the budget, schedule, subcontracts and change orders, and keep owners in the loop with clear reporting
• Partner with designers, engineers and electrical and mechanical trade partners to work through tight coordination
• Team up with superintendents to keep jobsites safe, productive and on schedule
• Guide and develop assistant project managers and project engineers
• Plan integrated systems testing and phased turnovers so critical spaces go live on time

What You Bring

• Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical projects (required)
• A solid handle on critical power, cooling and heavy MEP coordination
• Strong cost control, scheduling and communication skills
• An easygoing, collaborative style and a steady hand when things get busy
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
