Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Approximately 15 hours per week
• Opportunity to pick up additional daytime shifts based on clinic needs
• Flexible scheduling available for candidates seeking additional hours

What You'll Do

As a valuable member of the clinical team, you will:

• Deliver exceptional patient-centered nursing care
• Assist providers with dermatologic procedures and treatments
• Prepare patients for procedures and support post-procedure recovery
• Assist with minor surgical procedures as needed
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after treatments
• Provide patient education regarding medications, wound care, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
• Create a compassionate and positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Virginia
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Dermatology experience not required; training provided
• Surgical experience preferred but not required
• Previous experience in outpatient, ambulatory, specialty, or surgical settings is a plus
