Senior Superintendent – K-12 & Commercial Construction – Washington, DC

We are working with a reputable general contractor in the Washington, DC area seeking a Senior Superintendent with experience in K-12 school construction and diverse commercial projects. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in managing complex field operations and delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, and daily site operations
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, and inspectors
• Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Strong background in K-12/school projects required
• Experience managing a variety of commercial project types
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of safety regulations and construction best practices
