Senior Interior Project Manager – Washington, DC

We are partnering with a highly respected general contractor in the Washington, DC area known for its strong culture and high-quality interior construction projects. They are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex interior build-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure quality and timely execution
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change management
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial interior construction
• Proven ability to manage projects independently
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
