A well-established and rapidly growing private dermatology practice in Virginia is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist to join its expanding team. Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a wide variety of skin, hair, and nail disorders for patients of all ages.
  • Perform comprehensive skin examinations, skin cancer screenings, and preventative dermatologic care.
  • Evaluate and manage both benign and malignant skin lesions using evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Perform in-office dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, electrodessication and curettage (ED&C), and other common dermatologic procedures.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize outstanding clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary clinical staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications

Required

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Dermatology residency.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
  • Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Virginia.
  • Excellent clinical judgment and procedural skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
