Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney

A highly regarded plaintiff-side litigation firm is actively seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and looking to take the next step in a strong litigation practice. Attorneys with either plaintiff or defense backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Position Overview

• Experience: 5–10 years of personal injury litigation experience
• License Required: Active Washington State Bar admission

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients
• Work closely with a collaborative litigation team in a client-centered environment
