Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney

GPAC has partnered with a well-established and highly respected plaintiff-side personal injury firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team. This firm is open to both plaintiff and defense attorneys who are motivated to advocate for injured clients and take ownership of their cases.

Position Overview

• Title: Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney
• Experience: 5–10 years of litigation experience (personal injury strongly preferred)
• Bar Admission: Active license required

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Handle depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Negotiate settlements and develop case strategy
• Work closely with a collaborative, client-focused litigation team
