Environmental Sales Estimator/Project Manager

We specialize in commercial and residential air duct cleaning, demolition, asbestos, lead paint, mold assessments, and hazardous material removal. We're looking for a motivated Sales Estimator/Project Manager to help drive business growth and deliver exceptional service.
What You'll Do:
Develop new customer relationships and open new accounts.
Provide top-notch service to existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Estimate upcoming projects using Xactimate and internal CRM tools.
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with clients, superintendents, foremen, and field teams.
Process contracts, manage project documentation, and schedule inspections.
Stay current with certifications and industry knowledge through workshops and training.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in Construction, Abatement/Remediation, Restoration, or Water Mitigation preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field – Preferred.
Strong sales experience and ability to build lasting relationships.
Proficiency with Xactimate and CRM tools.
Exceptional communication skills and customer service focus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under time constraints.
