The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience, sound business judgment, and an interest in mentoring and practice development.
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Serving as lead counsel in high-exposure disputes
• Developing case strategy and advising clients on risk and resolution
• Handling motions, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Collaborating with and mentoring attorneys within the practice
• Contributing to client development and long-term growth initiatives
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Experience handling sophisticated business disputes as lead counsel
• Active Washington Bar license
• Strong writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Business development mindset with strong client relationship abilities
