Job Snapshot

Job Description

 Plaintiff Employment Attorney
Class Action | Wage & Hour | Employment Litigation | Washington

THE OPPORTUNITY

A well-regarded plaintiff-side firm is conducting a confidential search for a skilled Employment Attorney to join its Washington practice. This is an opportunity for a litigation-focused attorney with meaningful experience handling complex, multi-plaintiff employment matters who is ready to take on high-impact work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

This firm handles substantive, complex employment litigation — not single-plaintiff discrimination or harassment cases alone. Ideal candidates are passionate about representing workers and have direct experience with the claim types listed below.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Handle plaintiff-side employment litigation with a focus on complex, multi-party matters
  • Litigate class actions and wage and hour disputes under Washington state and federal law
  • Manage cases from intake through resolution — discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep
  • Develop class certification strategies and damages theories
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and client communications
  • Stay current on Washington Labor & Industries regulations, the Washington Minimum Wage Act, and evolving wage and hour enforcement trends

IDEAL BACKGROUND

  • Active Washington State bar license required
  • 3+ years of employment litigation experience — plaintiff-side strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with class actions and/or wage and hour claims (required)
  • Mixed plaintiff/defense backgrounds welcome; purely defense-only backgrounds are less competitive for this role
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple active matters

INTERESTED?

This is a confidential search — all inquiries handled with discretion. Reach out even if you're not actively looking.
