Plaintiff-Side Employment Attorney — Class Action / Wage & Hour / PAGA CA | WA | NY | CO | IL | DC — Hybrid or Remote

A respected plaintiff-side employment litigation firm is looking to add an attorney with substantive experience in class action, wage and hour, and/or PAGA litigation to their growing team. IF NOT IN CA WHATEVER AREA IS ADJACENT TO PAGA LITIGATION.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to focus on impactful, high-stakes employment litigation while joining a collegial, mission-driven team known for taking on meaningful cases on behalf of workers.

What they're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience handling class action, wage and hour, or PAGA matters (single-plaintiff discrimination or harassment experience alone does not meet this requirement)
  • A mix of plaintiff and defense-side experience is welcome — candidates with purely defense backgrounds are less of a fit for this role
  • Active bar license in CA, WA, NY, CO, IL, or DC (you may reside outside these states as long as you're licensed in one of them)
  • Strong writing, litigation strategy, and case management skills

Logistics:

  • Hybrid or fully remote, depending on location
  • Compensation up to $250K+, depending on experience
