About the Opportunity

A well-established commercial construction firm is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth throughout the Greater Seattle market.

This individual will be responsible for developing relationships with owners, developers, property managers, architects, engineers, and industry partners while helping expand market share across commercial, multifamily, renovation, and special projects work.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and client relationships
• Generate leads and identify upcoming project opportunities
• Participate in networking and industry events
• Support pursuit strategies and proposal efforts
• Build long-term relationships within the construction community

Qualifications

• Existing construction industry relationships in the Seattle market
• Commercial construction business development experience
• Strong communication and networking skills
