A respected plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Tacoma, WA is looking to add an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to its growing litigation team.
This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants more than simply managing a high-volume caseload. The right attorney will have the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of cases, work directly with clients, develop litigation strategy, and handle matters through resolution.
The firm is open to attorneys coming from either plaintiff or defense personal injury practices and is willing to consider attorneys with strong transferable litigation experience.
Manage personal injury matters from initial evaluation through settlement or trial
Develop case strategy and independently manage assigned matters
Take and defend depositions
Handle mediations, negotiations, and court appearances
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documents
Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
Work closely with experienced attorneys and support staff to advance cases effectively
3–10 years of personal injury litigation experience
Active Washington State Bar license
Strong litigation, writing, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience taking meaningful responsibility for cases
A client-focused approach and strong attention to detail
Attorneys with either plaintiff or defense experience are encouraged to apply
