Tax Preparer / Senior Tax Preparer

📍 King County, WA | Hybrid Flexibility | Public Accounting

A highly respected and growth-oriented CPA firm in Auburn, WA is seeking an experienced Tax Preparer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who values flexibility, quality client work, and a collaborative, low-stress public accounting environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
• Review financial statements, workpapers, and supporting documentation
• Assist with compilations and client accounting projects as needed
• Communicate directly with clients regarding tax planning and compliance matters
• Work closely with leadership on high-level engagements and advisory projects

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong experience preparing complex tax returns
• Review and compilation experience strongly preferred
• UltraTax experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
