Job Description:

• Manage a portfolio of key Commercial Lines clients while ensuring exceptional service and client retention.
• Oversee departmental operations, workflows, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Partner with agency leadership to drive growth initiatives, achieve business objectives, and strengthen carrier relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members through training, performance management, and recruitment efforts.
• Monitor departmental results, analyze performance metrics, and foster a collaborative, client-focused work environment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
• An active MA P & C License.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic (strongly preferred).
• Self-motivation and a strong sense of accountability.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Outstanding problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
