The company specializes in silage inoculants and forage management solutions for dairy producers and is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth throughout Wisconsin.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dairy producers, nutritionists, consultants, and industry partners.
  • Grow sales within an established territory while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct on-farm visits and provide technical recommendations related to forage quality and silage management.
  • Partner with customers to improve feed efficiency and operational performance.
  • Represent the company at industry meetings, producer events, and trade shows.
  • Manage territory planning, sales forecasting, and account development activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Sales experience in agriculture, animal nutrition, forage products, seed, crop inputs, or related industries.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • Knowledge of dairy operations, silage production, or forage management is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently within a territory.
  • Ability to travel throughout Idaho to support customers and grow the business.
