The Opportunity
They're looking for a National Calf & Heifer Specialist to be the face of the company nationwide. In this role, you'll work directly with dairy producers to sell products and help them solve problems in their calf and heifer programs. You'll build lasting relationships with producers and act as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson.
What You'll Do
- Represent the company to dairy producers across the country
- Sell a proven, research-backed calf and heifer product line
- Work hands-on with producers to find and solve problems in their operations
- Build and grow long-term customer relationships
- Share field feedback and industry insights with the company
What You Bring
- Experience in the dairy industry, especially calf and heifer raising
- A consultative, problem-solving approach to sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort being the public face of a national brand
Compensation & Benefits
- $110,000 to $120,000 base salary plus commission
