A respected small/mid-size CPA firm is seeking an Audit Manager to own engagement quality, develop staff, and strengthen long-term client relationships.

• Manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through reporting and partner review
• Review workpapers and financials; coach seniors and associates through complex issues
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact; identify advisory and upsell opportunities
• 5+ years public accounting audit experience; CPA required; solid review and leadership skills

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $100,000–$130,000 DOE
• Performance bonus / year-end bonus potential
