Director of Operations

Western Wisconsin | Dairy Manufacturing

A respected and growing dairy manufacturer is seeking a strategic Director of Operations to join its executive leadership team.

This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished operations leader who enjoys building organizations, developing leadership talent, creating accountability, and helping guide long-term business growth. Serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, this individual will play a critical role in aligning operational strategy with company objectives while helping shape the future direction of the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team.
• Partner with senior leadership on growth initiatives, operational strategy, and long-term business planning.
• Lead and develop managers across Maintenance, Quality, Sanitation, Raw Dairy Operations, Packaging, Warehouse, and Shipping.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous improvement, and leadership development.
• Drive operational excellence through strategic planning, performance management, and organizational development.
• Lead capacity planning, workforce planning, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional standards in food safety, employee safety, quality, and operational performance.
• Support capital investment decisions and future growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Progressive operations leadership experience within food, dairy, beverage, or related manufacturing environments (dairy preferred).
• Proven success developing leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Experience driving organizational growth, culture transformation, and operational improvement.
• Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate with senior leadership.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and influence across the organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of leadership experience, industry expertise, and demonstrated operational success required.

   

  Compensation & Benefits:

• $165,000 - $200,000 Base Salary
