Win large structural packages for an AISC-certified Michigan steel erector on Midwest projects of 5,000+ tons. The permanent full-time Business Development Manager role comes with $100,000-$200,000 per annum plus bonus incentives and Midwest travel.

What you'll drive

• Lead pursuit strategy on structural steel packages of 5,000+ tons
• Grow steel erection work with owners and general contractors across Midwest markets
• Travel the Midwest to meet clients and keep opportunities advancing
• Track bid timing, competitor activity, and regional pipelines
• Carry an AISC-certified Michigan erector's brand into every client conversation

Background that fits

• Sales or BD experience with steel erection, structural steel, or heavy construction
• History of winning large-tonnage Midwest projects
• Preferred: existing ties to general contractors, fabricators, or owners
• Willing to travel throughout the Midwest
• Communicator who converts pipelines into awards
