Job Title: Accountant

Location: Wisconsin

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Accountant Responsibilities:

1. Perform general accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
2. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
3. Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
6. Stay current with accounting regulations and compliance requirements, implementing changes as needed.
7. Prepare and file necessary tax documents and liaise with external auditors during audits.
8. Generate financial reports for management review, offering recommendations for improvement.
9. Contribute to process improvements and system implementations to enhance overall efficiency.

Accountant Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA designation is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, with a minimum of 2 years in relevant roles.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
