HEY AUTOMATION CONTROLS PROs! 

   I am assisting a client to find an Automation Controls Engineer for an amazing FANUC Systems, Automations and Robotics Integrator near Waukesha. They build custom products from scratch—you’ll literally see your AutoCAD designs come to life!

What You’ll Do

• Hardware Architecture: Own the full design, panel layouts, and schematics in AutoCAD Electrical.
• Component Spec: Select the PLCs, HMIs, drives, and sensors for every build.
• System Logic: Program across Allen-Bradley (Studio 5000), Siemens TIA Portal, and Codesys.
• Robot Integration: Support Fanuc robot integration using TP and Karel.
• Interface Design: Bridge our systems with existing third-party machinery.
• Launch & Commission: Lead the testing and startup validation—watching your work go live.

What We’re Looking For

• Design Heavy-Hitters: Deep experience in industrial control systems and electrical design.
• Platform Pros: Mastery of AutoCAD Electrical and Rockwell Automation.
• Commissioning Skills: A love for troubleshooting and hands-on debugging.
• Safety Savvy: Familiarity with standards like ISO 13849 or UL 508A.
