CNC Machinist / CNC Setup Operator

1st Shift | Flexible Hours | OT Available

A well-established manufacturing company is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist / CNC Setup Operator to join their machining team.

This role requires experience running CNC lathes and mills and the ability to work in a hands-on production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes and mills
• Change tooling and make machine adjustments to hold tolerances
• Load/unload parts and run production cycles
• Read blueprints, job orders, and work instructions
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Support other shop equipment as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of machine operation experience
• CNC lathe and mill experience required
• Setup and tooling changeover experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Able to work up to 10-hour shifts in a physical shop environment

Schedule

• 1st shift
• Flexible hours
• Overtime available
