Maintenance Technician – Robotics

2nd or 3rd Shift | Southern Wisconsin $30+/hour DOE

gpac is partnered with a growing, family-owned food manufacturing company seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with hands-on robotics experience.

This is a great opportunity for a maintenance professional who enjoys working with automation, robotics, and newer technology. The facility is continuing to invest in automation and recently added multiple new production lines.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial robots and automated production equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain conveyors, slicing and packaging equipment, motors, sensors, and related systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Support the installation and startup of new production lines and equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes
• Partner with production to improve equipment reliability, safety, and uptime

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
• Hands-on robotics troubleshooting and repair experience required
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with automated production lines, conveyors, packaging machinery, motors, sensors, or similar equipment
• Industrial manufacturing experience required
• Technical training, certifications, or an Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Automation, Automated Factory Systems, or a related field is preferred
