GPAC has partnered with a well-established dairy manufacturer in Western Wisconsin to find a true Human Resources Business Partner.
This isn’t a sit-back HR role. You’ll be in the plant, working alongside operations, influencing decisions in real time, and helping drive both people strategy and day-to-day execution.
What you’ll actually be doing:
• Partner directly with plant leadership on workforce planning, engagement, and performance
• Own HRIS + payroll processes and keep things running smoothly
• Support employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution on the floor
• Help drive hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Ensure compliance, policies, and best practices are followed without overcomplicating things
• Be the go-to HR presence for a fast-paced manufacturing team
What they’re looking for:
✔ 3+ years of HR experience
✔ Strong HRIS + payroll ownership
✔ Manufacturing or fast-paced environment experience
✔ Ability to be hands-on and visible (not just behind a desk)
✔ Spanish is a big plus
