Job Description

Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing Manufacturing company that is seeking a full time Assembler. Direct hire full time position. 

This company is in your backyard.

1st Shift

• Assemble motors, gearboxes, and electromechanical components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measuring devices
• Support multiple production areas as labor priorities shift throughout the day or week
• Read and follow assembly drawings, bills of materials, and standard operating procedures

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
• Experience with electric motors, gearboxes, wiring, or electromechanical assembly
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges
• Soldering or basic electrical experience
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement exposure
