DSM (District Sales Manager) – Seed Account Manager | Agricultural Sales
Location: Upper Midwest (Multiple Territory Openings)
Compensation: $60,000 – $110,000 base + incentives (DOE)

Position OverviewWe are looking for driven, relationship-focused professionals to step into a DSM (District Sales Manager) / Seed Account Manager role, responsible for managing and expanding agricultural sales territories. This position centers on building strong partnerships with both growers and dealers while driving sales of seed and crop enhancement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and ag dealers
  • Drive sales of seed, biologicals, and crop enhancement products
  • Provide strategic, agronomy-based product recommendations
  • Deliver ongoing customer support and field-level service
  • Execute plans to grow territory revenue and overall performance
  • Collaborate with internal agronomy and support teams

Qualifications

  • Agriculture background required
  • Experience in seed, crop inputs, or agronomy sales preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate independently within a territory
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of the local market is a plus
  • Existing book of business is highly valued for certain territories

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
  • Uncapped performance-based incentives and bonuses
  • Full benefits package
